Lots of Vegies

Daddy and I started a garden months ago.






We are now starting to get our own vegies.



The tomatoes, snow peas and chillies are ready to be picked.

This is just some of the vegies we picked today. Dad said he would make dinner using these tomorrow night.

Yum.




Our carrots didn't work very well. They didn't grow very deep, so we ended up throwing all of them out. We did the same with the lettuce. We tried to grow too much in the one place and the broccoli grew faster, so the lettuce had no sunlight and died.

The corn, cauliflower and capsicum are still too small to eat yet.

Next time we will grow less, or make a bigger garden.
